Microsoft Clarity (Session Replay & Heatmaps)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our Sites and to improve usability. Clarity collects pseudonymous information such as page views, clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, device and browser information, and limited page structure (DOM) to enable session replay and heatmaps. Fields likely to contain sensitive data (e.g., passwords, payment details) are masked by default, and we implement additional masking where appropriate. Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) are typically retained for approximately 30 days. Aggregated analytics may be retained for up to 13 months. We retain other personal information as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
